Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once
production has begun. If you need to cancel such an order, please contact our
customer service team immediately to see if a cancellation is possible.
4. Refund Process
Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
