Return policy

At LCStore, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable.

1.    You must return items within five days after your return request has been approved. If the item is not returned within five days, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

2.      We accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect Item Sent: If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged Item: If the item arrived damaged or broken during shipping.
  • Defective Item: If the product is faulty or not functioning as described.
  • Wrong Size or Color: If the item received is the wrong size or color compared to what was ordered.
  • Changed Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product within the specified return period.
  • Unwanted Gift: If the item was received as a gift and you do not wish to keep it.
  • Product Not as Described: If the item does not match the description or photos provided on our website.
  • Allergies or Sensitivities: If you have an allergic reaction or sensitivity to the product.
  • Product Quality Issues: If the product does not meet your quality expectations or standards.
  • Expired Product: If the item received is past its expiration date.

3.      To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at salesupport@lcpay.my with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us. 

4.      A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return. Please include a copy of the receipt with your returned item.

5.      Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
