At LCStore, we strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience. Please note that the refund process is managed directly by the sellers of the items and not by LCStore. If you encounter an issue with your purchase, the following steps outlined the refund process.
1.Delivery: The item must be delivered to the customer before any refund request can be initiated.
2.Reason for Refund:
Received wrong product
Faulty or defective product
Product is damaged
Other reasons not listed shall be determined on a case-to-case basis.
3.Requesting a Refund:
If you wish to request a refund, you must take a clear, high-quality photos and /or clear, high-quality video evidence of the item showing errors or defects (for damaged/faulty products) to verify the reason for the refund.
Photos of the parcel’s showing the condition of the internal and external packaging of the parcel
Send the photos and/or video along with a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund to the seller's contact information provided in your order details.
The photos and/or video and explanation must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the item.
4.Approval Process:
The seller will review your request and the provided photos and/or video.
The seller will review each of your application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether your application is successful.
The seller will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 7 working days.
Photos and/or video evidence that does not support your claim will be rejected.
5.Returning the Item:
If your refund request is approved, you will need to return the item to the seller.
The item must be returned within 7 days after receiving confirmation of your refund request approval.
You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You should ensure that returned items are properly packed to avoid damage during shipment to the return address.

6.Confirmation and Refund:
Once the seller receives your returned item, they will inspect it and notify you of the receipt.
If the item is in the same condition as when delivered, the seller will proceed with the refund.
The refund will be initiated by the seller and buyer will receive the settlement within a certain number of days, depending on the respective banks processing time.
